Welcome to Monique Paper Art. This website is operated by Monique Paper Art SRL. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized for each customer.

• Production begins only after digital proof approval.
• Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after you have approved the proof.
• Customer Responsibility: You must review all text, dates, colors, and design details carefully before approving the proof. We are not responsible for spelling errors approved by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

Our base currency is EUR, but prices are displayed in your local currency using Shopify’s secure automatic currency conversion. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. All payments are processed securely through Shopify-approved payment providers.

4. Production & Processing Times

All items are handmade to order.

• Standard Processing Time: 7–9 Business Days (includes proof creation and production).
• Orders enter production only after digital proof approval.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship via FedEx Express. Shipping times vary by location (typically 3–4 days for USA). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Custom-Made Items: Because items are personalized, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."
6.2 Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a Free Replacement OR a Full Refund to your original payment method.

7. Proof Approval

A digital proof is provided for personalized items. Once you approve the proof:

• No further changes can be made.
• Production begins immediately.
• The order cannot be cancelled.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors. We also reserve the right to refuse orders affected by such errors.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Monique Paper Art SRL. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, to infringe on intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. Violation of these terms will result in termination of your access.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
