How to return a product?
For non-customized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Since personalized signs are custom-made specifically for your event, we cannot accept returns on customized orders. However, if any item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to make my sign?
Most custom signs are produced within 1-2 business days after you approve the design proof. We'll send you a digital proof within 24 hours of your order (Monday to Friday). Rush production is available for last-minute events - just contact us!
