Shipping Policy


1. Production & Processing Times

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is personalized for your event, we require time to design, produce, and inspect your order.

Standard Processing Time:

7-9 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

Note: This timeframe includes the digital proofing process. Production begins immediately after you approve your proof.

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

We offer fast, tracked international shipping via FedEx Express. Once your order leaves our studio in Romania, the estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 3–4 Business Days
  • Europe: 2–3 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 4–6 Business Days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (7-9 days) + Shipping Time (3-4 days).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package directly on the FedEx website.

4. Customs & Duties

  • United States: 100% Duty-Free. We cover all import costs; you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
  • European Union (EU): 100% Duty-Free. Orders are shipped from within the EU (Romania), so no customs apply.
  • UK, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes or import duties charged by their local government.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@moniquepaperart.com so we can assist. While courier delays are outside our control, we will help escalate the issue with FedEx to locate your package.
